Home Decor//Office Space

office space

In past posts (herehere, and here) you have seen snippets of items found in my office space. However, since I am a perfectionist and I believe my work is never done (especially when it comes to decorating), I have never shown you full pictures of my little work corner (or any other rooms in our apartment for that matter). After months of working on some DIY projects (perfectionist and procrastinator are a deadly combination!) to spruce up my desk, I decided it was time to share. It’s much more cluttered than I prefer. But when you live in NYC and you’re creative, well, this glitter covered, paper overflowing, craft scissor abounding circus is what you are going to get….that or I’m just in denial of being a hoarder, in which case I will continue using NYC as my cover-up! Hope you enjoy the pictures (see the details of each item below the very last picture) and maybe even get some ideas for you own creative space design!

(spr)IN(g)spiration-Clothing

My wallet and I are currently enaged in a fierce battle due to all the beautiful spring clothing options that I would love to buy. As I previously mentioned I am obsessing over the vast variety of colors available, between all the soft pastels and the bold brights. Some other things I’m loving right now include-crochet, flowing material, sequins, peplum style clothing, neon, bold designs and classics with a twist. It wasn’t easy to narrow down my mile long wish list to just the 10 items below, but if you need more inspiration be sure to check out H&M, Zara, Forever 21, Top Shop, BCBG, Nasty Girl, and the Gap.

(spr)IN(g)SPIRATION-Accessories

I don’t know about all of you but I am absolutely dying over the fun bold colors and the soft and pretty pastels  that are popping up for spring! Here are some things I’m currently crushing on in the accessories department-

A beautiful wedge

Simple but bold flats

A shoe with some edgy metal details

Pretty and polished nails

A pop of color for your neck

Some bold neck candy                                                                                               And some even bolder arm candy
A bag for going out
And for carrying around your life
Don’t forget to finish off your look with a pretty pale pink pout like this White Russian color
Stay tuned for (spr)IN(g)SPIRATION in the clothing department!
