I’m so excited to be participating in my first “Bloggers Do It Better” challenge (you know it’s exciting if I’m skipping Wednesday’s weekly ‘Happy Hour’ post!). Mint & Coral? What a dream combo for summer!

Though this outfit originally started with just pants (no, really….I didn’t have a shirt that matched) it somehow morphed into a skirt, jacket & kidnapping the Mr.’s shirt. Lessons in how to be creative- shop your man’s closet…you never know what useful things they might be hoarding in there….like a dust pan….sheets…or in this case, a mint colored tee.

While mint and coral are typically very soft, delicate colors, I decided to make this outfit slightly edgy by adding the zebra necklace and studded heels.
